Our Shipping PolicyThis is a Shigaraki ware bonsai pot.
It has a black background with a gold pattern, giving it a luxurious feel.
The gold patterns are hand-painted one by one, so even the same item will have a slightly different pattern, which is very tasteful. In other words, they are almost one-of-a-kind and would be perfect for planting your precious bonsai.
Since each item is individually handmade, there may be differences in appearance and feel from product to product. Please understand this beforehand.
This is Shigaraki ware. Shigaraki ware is a pottery produced mainly in the area around Koga County, Shiga Prefecture. Shigaraki ware excels at large ceramics, and in the past, hibachi (brazier) pots were often made. In modern times, flowerpots, vases, and washbasins are also produced in large quantities. Shigaraki ware is also famous throughout Japan and the world for its raccoon dog figurines.
