NAGINOWA accepts exchanges only for unopened and unused items.

Return Policy
When you receive your order, please check to make sure that it is exactly what you ordered.
However, if the product is damaged, stained, or defective, or if the product is different from your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
We will promptly return or exchange the item(s) at our expense.
We try to reproduce the actual product as much as possible in the product photos, but please note that there may be slight differences due to the shooting conditions, computer screen, browser environment, etc.
If we are unable to provide a replacement item due to being sold out or other reasons, we apologize, but we may have to ask for a refund.
Return/Exchange Policy
In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. However, if it is unavoidable, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to discuss whether or not the product can be returned.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and expenses incurred.
However, please note that we cannot accept returns if any of the following items apply
Products that have been delivered for 31 days or more
Merchandise that has been opened or used by the customer
Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
Products with damaged, soiled, lost, or destroyed boxes, instruction manuals, etc.
Merchandise that has been processed by the customer
Merchandise that fails to arrive on the specified date due to unavoidable circumstances (*in the case of product delays due to road conditions, inclement weather, natural disasters, etc.)
Items that are returned for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., color is not to your liking, design/color is different from what you expected, etc.)
Return of Returned Merchandise Due to Long-Term Absence
In the event that an item is returned due to the customer's long-term absence, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Please understand this in advance.
