DELIVERY POLICY

Following order confirmation, the majority of products are mailed out in 5 working days.

Please be aware that if the products need to be backordered, shipping may take longer.


*Please note that Koumeican flat cord colors other than black and white will take approximately 2 months until shipping process (they are built-to-order products) .

We advise you to take this into account when making your purchase.


*You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note that we may not accept cancellations after 24 hours have passed. 

Refunds will be made after deducting handling charges.

We ship everything together when you order many things at once.


To ensure safe delivery, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Please get in touch with the FedEx Customer Service if your package was left there because you weren't there for the delivery, etc.

For customers in the United States:
We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means that customs duties and import taxes are already included in the total price you pay on our website. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

*PO boxes cannot receive shipments.

PACKING / DAMAGE

To guarantee trouble-free shipping, we carefully box your purchases.Every month, we ship over hundreds of products, and we encounter fewer than one issue.

We promise that our products will be delivered in great condition. Please give us a thorough photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery if any of the items in your order are damaged during shipping.

All items will be packed with bubble wrap.

We cover all damage or loss that occurs during shipping. However, please be aware that if you arrange for a shipping company or import customs broker other than those arranged by our company, it will not be covered by our compensation policy.

IMPORT TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES

Please be advised that the buyer is always in charge of paying any customs costs associated with their order and supplying any and all documentation that the customs authorities in the country of receipt request.
