With its earthy tones and softly rounded shape, this petite bonsai pot carries a gentle, natural charm.
Along the sides, small handle-like forms extend outward, giving it a whimsical look—as if tiny creatures were lifting their arms in a cheerful stretch.

The warm beige color, reminiscent of sun-touched soil, paired with its palm-sized silhouette, creates a calm and soothing presence.
It’s a simple piece, yet it brings a quiet, comforting beauty to any setting.

Since each item is individually handmade, there may be differences in appearance and feel from product to product. Please understand this beforehand.

This is Banko-yaki. Banko-yaki is a type of pottery produced mainly in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture. It originated in the middle of the Edo period (1603-1868) and was named after the wish that the work would remain forever. "Ban" means "everything." "Ko" means "months and days gone by." In addition to bonsai pots, it is also resistant to fire, such as kyusu (teapots) and earthenware pots.
