This Banko-ware bonsai pot features beautiful shades of brown, blending from light to deep tones like a gentle sunset.
The soft gradation gives it a fleeting, almost wistful charm—something quiet and tender in its presence.

Its petite size makes it perfect for anyone hoping to bring a touch of bonsai into their living space, adding warmth and calm to any room.

Since each item is individually handmade, there may be differences in appearance and feel from product to product. Please understand this beforehand.

This is Banko-yaki. Banko-yaki is a type of pottery produced mainly in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture. It originated in the middle of the Edo period (1603-1868) and was named after the wish that the work would remain forever. "Ban" means "everything." "Ko" means "months and days gone by." In addition to bonsai pots, it is also resistant to fire, such as kyusu (teapots) and earthenware pots.
