This unique bonsai pot features soft beige tones brushed with touches of green, scattered like delicate moss across its surface.
Though the four raised corners give it a slightly edgy silhouette, the three small legs and its palm-sized form lend it an endearing, almost creature-like presence.

Its charming size makes it a lovely accent for any room—perfect as a small, quietly delightful piece of décor.

Since each item is individually handmade, there may be differences in appearance and feel from product to product. Please understand this beforehand.

This is Banko-yaki. Banko-yaki is a type of pottery produced mainly in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture. It originated in the middle of the Edo period (1603-1868) and was named after the wish that the work would remain forever. "Ban" means "everything." "Ko" means "months and days gone by." In addition to bonsai pots, it is also resistant to fire, such as kyusu (teapots) and earthenware pots.
