Today's staff blog
Hello, this is NAGINOWA staff.
Today, March 14, the pollen count is still very high, and the itchiness in my eyes as well as my nose is really starting to show.
Are there many hay fever sufferers abroad, too?
Let's try to get along with it by wearing masks and taking medicine. Let's do our best!
Today, I would like to talk about Japanese green tea.
I, the author, am a big tea lover, and I love not only green tea, but also oolong tea, hojicha, and black tea.
I have a strange tongue in that I love tea the more bitter the better, but I cannot drink black coffee lol.
Does everyone reading this article like tea?
I, the author, especially love green tea!
It is probably widely known that green tea contains catechins.
I have heard that catechins are good for pollen.
It is also effective in preventing aging, colds, and tooth decay.
I believe that Japanese green tea bags are sold in some foreign countries as well.
Why don't you try adding green tea to your daily life?
*Be careful not to drink too much!
At this very moment, as I write this blog, I am writing while sipping a cup of green tea.
It is a tea break, not a coffee break.
Please note that watering plants and bonsai with tea is done at your own risk.
Some people give surplus tea to plants because they think it is a waste, but it may affect the growth of the plant depending on its health condition and environment.
Well, that's all for today.
Please take a look at our NAGINOWA Japanese bonsai pots, bonsai goods, and gardening supplies.
We are looking forward to your purchase.
See you soon.
